For information about the Rural Utah Crossroads project see: Click Here
Every rural person and place has a story. Change is part of that story.
Crossroads: Change in Rural America is a traveling exhibition from the Smithsonian Institution's Museum on Main Street program that provokes fresh thinking and sparks conversations about the future and sustainability of rural communities. Crossroads offers small towns a chance to look at their own paths over the past century – to highlight changes that affected their fortunes, explore how they have adapted, and think about what's next.
The Museum on Main Street exhibition, Crossroads: Change in Rural America, is a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Utah Humanities, touring in partnership with the M.T. Hurst Family Foundation and Utah State University Blanding. For more information, see www.utahhumanities.org or https://www.facebook.com/BlandingCrossroads/
See Crossroads and companion exhibits from 8/26 to 10/12. Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am-10:00pm, weekends by appointment 435.678.2201 or when open for Saturday events.
